Shell & PPP with a single user entry?

Does someone out there have a modified version of Livingston's radius (I
am running 1.16 at the moment) that will allow me to define a user
as a PPP user (User-Service-Type = Framed-User), but allow the user to
(for instance) prepend a capital "S" to his login name to change the
service type to Rlogin? What'd I'd like to do is have an entry like this
in my users file:

joeuser Password = "abc123"
User-Service-Type = Framed-User

But, if the owner of the joeuser account entered "Sjoeuser" at the prompt,
my radius server would return to the querying Portmaster the equivalent of
this entry:

joeuser Password = "abc123"
User-Service-Type = Login-User,
Login-Service = Rlogin,
Login-Host = some.unix.machine.com

i.e., all the accounting would be via username "joeuser" -- I don't want
to create an "Sjoeuser" account. I know there have been SIMILAR patches
to radius posted, but nothing that does exactly this and I of course don't
want to re-invent the wheel.

Thanks for any info!
