I have developped a complete package (in fact, it is still in
development) where a ISP can manage all his users (bill them,
automatically send renewal recall by email, deactivate users that do
not pay, and so on). The package (code name: MIAW for Management of
Internet Account by Web) also prevent double logins. At this point I
have several options when a user tries to double login (it can be
customized at the user level): 1) don't do anything with it (let it
go); 2) stop the second access; 3) let the second login but
disconnect the first one (dissuasive option); 4) disconnect the two
users and prevent them to log for a certain amount of time. This part
is an add-on I made to radiusd.

I plan to sell the whole thing. I still don't have a price, but it is
targeted to be useable by any ISP. I plan to have a first version by
the end of 96.

Let me know if you're interested.
