Ya, it costs more.. but what's more expensive? Loosing customers who
get "no answer" all the time? <grimace> or a few bucks a line? I don't
think we even pay that much per/line (using Centrex lines for all of
them). Something like a buck a line if I remember right. With the number
of lines we have, if we salvage 10 cancels, we paid for it for the month.
[Ring-no-answer *really* is not tolerated around these parts of town :-)]
