Your distributor misunderstood the release information

There has not been an announced released DATE of the PM3. The release has
NOT been postponed because there has NOT been a release date (offical,
unoffical, informal) to postpone FROM!

The move to the new building may be a factor, but we've known about the
move for MONTHS. You can even check our press release archieve to see
when we announced the building buy.
