Can anyone tell me what an ISP needs to put in an S1 input filter to
allow his users to contact and use IRC (port 6667), Webphone( port 458) and
KALI (port 2213) sites.

I have placed in rules such as..

set filter net.in 3 permit 0.0.0.0/0 mynetwork/24 tcp src eq 6667 dst gt 1023

for IRC and nothing works..

any ideas ????
