We are getting this like crazy lately. I've determined that is it occuring
when USR modems call our newest SupraFAX 336 modems (ver 1.440-12 or
better). It is absolutely repeatable. We run radius on a Linus box.
I have not determined WHY this is happening, all the modems I have to test
with do not exhibit this behavior!
