Can Radius validate NT domain users ?

We are ISP in Argentina and we are using Windows NT RAS in order
to connect our clients. We have 1200 clients and 70 analogs lines
We are testing a Livingston PM25 and we will migrate to PortMasters
in the near future, may be to PM3s and E1/PRIs digital lines.
Can any flavor of Radius validate users stored in a NT domain ?
