The best way is probally and Expect/perl script that goes in the portmaster
and boots them off every so often OR maybe a perl script that alters the
users file to change the password during period of non use.

Of course the easiest way would be for the client to get cyberpatrol. It
can limit the hours of operation. 'Course that's 30$ he has to pay out...
