Radius location file

Hi, is there a location file to allow one to get the portmaster to call
back to a certain number

my users file:

bobo Password = "f/5ed", Expiration = "Dec 24 1998"
User-Service-Type = Dialback-Framed-User,
Framed-Protocol = PPP,
Framed-Netmask = 255.255.255.0,
Framed-Routing = Broadcast-Listen,
Framed-Filter-Id = "std.ppp",
Framed-MTU = 1500,
Framed-Compression = Van-Jacobsen-TCP-IP,
Dialback-No = "5555"

The number never gets dialed back.

But if I set up a user for telnet then the portmaster will dial back the
number.

Any one have any ideas. The manual I have mentions nothing on this:
