With Radius 1.16 you can just move the file. Radius closes and reopens it
for every packet. [Reports indicate that you have to do something more
complex with Radius 2.0, though I haven't played with it yet. Good job
Livingston! I enjoyed easy rotates, but was worried about the
affect of all the open/closes on performance.]
