Building initial RADIUS database

I've just installed RADIUS 2.0 for use with two clients, one of which
uses a USR Total Control, the other using a pair of PM-2E30's. Is there an
easy way to download the user data base from the PM/TC into RADIUS files?
I seem to recall seeing such a utility some time ago but was unable to
locate it.
