That would be a nice (and small) addition. Please consider it for a future
ComOS release. Just send the RADIUS accounting and syslog UDP packets when the
link is back up.

Sure. I will run a patched radius server local to B, which scans the accounting
(and syslog) packets and selectively forwards them to our main radius server,
which needs to know who is logged on and where to prevent multiple logins.
