RADIUS suffix and Rlogin (fwd)

Well, the idea was that it would be like:

username - shell
username%ppp - ppp
username%slip - slip
etc

Since that was how most of the prefix/suffix hacks were used prior to 2.0
(in fact, that's really the only way they worked, for the reasons you note).

Not right now. We are looking at this. There are security concerns,
obviously, about changing the username like that. But we're looking at
different options.
