There is a free version and an enhanced version that costs $$$. Info is
at http://www.merit.edu/aaa/index.html. The free basic server is at
http://www.merit.edu/aaa/basicsvr.html.
The primary advantages of MERIT RADIUS are:
1) It can act as a proxy, requesting information from a pool of other
RADIUS servers.
2) It can behave differently depending on the client.
3) It understands realms if you want to use them (username@realm).
