I could be wrong but I think the radius idle time out is only for Radius
V2.0 or greater. 1.16 didn't have it. Can anyone confim this?

Try upgrading (I haven't yet...) and see if it works. I know that
sometimes the idle timeout set in ComOS (3.3.2) doesn't boot the user
off. No pattern, just lets some slip through the crack and stay idle a
long time.
