Suffixes in Radius 2.0

Is there any to strip the suffix (or prefix) from the username before
radius passes it onto the server for a rlogin? I have default entry
setup with suffix = "%shell" and it passes username%shell to the server
for rlogin but only username is required.

Any ideas?
