I was using the precompiled Linux binary on Linux 2.0.24. It seems that
suffix doesn't work as I thought it would. It requires a space between the
username and the suffix. I have included session listings and the relevant
portions of the users file below.

It says this:

I don't see a space in bob%slip, so I thought it would work.
Has anyone else run into this problem?

I was trying to see if Auth-Type and Password both worked. That is why
they are mixed in the users file.
