Radius 2.0

I have tried to install radius 2.0 and have ahad a little trouble. I
downloaded the binaries and put then in the appropriate directories. I
started radiusd and set up the portmaster to use the Radius server. I
set the security on all the ports and reset them. I also did a save all.

I then tried to connect and could not. I looked in the /etc/logfile and
I see this error message:

I was wandering what I have done wrong and was wandering how to fix
this.
