Funk Software, Inc., now has made available an "open beta"
for Steel-Belted RADIUS for Windows NT, which is compatible
with Livingston servers. In addition, there is a
NetWare-based product (with similar features) available
for evaluation at the same site.

If you are interested in trying the software, please
go to our web link at:

http://www.funk.com/sbrntbet.html

Here is a quick list of the product features:

* Runs on any Windows NT 4.0 workstation or server

* Full centralized user authentication for Remote Access
Servers (RAS) supporting the RADIUS standard

* Authenticates dial-in users with existing Windows NT
Domains or Workgroups, or with a "local" database

* Provides centralized accounting and reporting of all
dial-in or firewall access activity

* Supports CHAP and PAP authentication for remote access
servers

* Windows NT administration program for configuration
and management; view graphs of Radius statistics

For general information about Steel-Belted RADIUS also visit
our web site (http://www.funk.com). Note that the NetWare
version is an NLM-based product, and "gateways" the Radius
calls to NetWare Bindery or NDS.

System Requirements:
--------------------
Steel-Belted Radius for Windows NT runs on a Windows NT 4.0
server or workstation and utilizes native TCPIP services.
The Administrator app runs as a 32-bit Windows application.

Thanks very much. Your comments and suggestions are greatly
appreciated.
