Radius user password

Hi,
When passwords are maintained through Radius database ; in that case, is there
any possibility to provide the opportunity for a user to change dynamically
its own password.
At present, we're running with Livingston Radius V2.0 (Radius Server is
installed on AIX4.1.4).
It seems to be possible with the Merit Radius version because in their
radius-desc.txt documentation, I've seen :

request types supported - Authentication requests and Password-Change
requests. The latter is not well defined for the distributed authentication
