Actually this should NEVER work.
RADIUS matches the name BEFORE stripping the prefix - after all, how would
it now you want to use a Prefix before finding the entry?
I believe it should be 'Pmrt' and not 'mrt' - this all presumes the username
in UNIX is 'mrt' of course.

Did you also notice ALL of the old names still work? There is a section in
the dictionary that contains all of the 'old' entries - RADIUS 2.0 is
fully backwards compatible with a 1.16 user file. There are some new entries
and some old ones are officially changed now - either from mispellings in
the old ones or changes from the IETF WG.
