RADIUS 2.0 with computone

Been getting some odd errors with radius 2.0 and our computone intelliserver.

Thu Jan 23 12:42:41 1997: [25687] accounting: client ts-7.sky.net sent accounting-request with invalid request authenticator
Thu Jan 23 12:42:41 1997: [25687] Sending Accounting-Response for id 11 to ts-7 (198.70.175.70)

I set the RADIUS CHAP secret and the accounting CHAP secret the same- is this
correct?

And, although I am sure this is a FAQ, could someone explain what the
"dropping duplicate" errors mean exactly?
