Static IP routes

How can you add static routes when a remote site dials in if you have more
that one PM 2E. Say for instance a dedicated remote ISDN customer gets
disconnected and when they dial back in they connect to a different PM this
customer has several IP networks routed to them, but if they don't dial
back into they same PM the static routes are not there. Is there anyway to
set this in Radius?
