Restricting a users account to by time limit

Hi

I an running radius on a DEC ALPHA 400 using DIGITAL UNIX 3.2A.

How can I go about setting up a user account using radius 2.0 such that
this ccount is not usable after a specified amount of time has been used,
say 48 hours?
Is there a utility that perhaps can monitor the portmasters and disconnect
tha user if the time is used up?
