Once upon a time Jon Lewis shaped the electrons to say...
>flaboy Password = "UNIX", NAS-Port-Type = ISDN
> User-Service-Type = Framed-User,
> Framed-Protocol = PPP,
> Framed-Address = 205.229.48.120,
> Login-Host = 205.229.48.17,
> Framed-Route = "205.229.53.32 0.0.0.0 1",
> Port-Limit = 2,
> Idle-Timeout = 0

>as well as

>DEFAULT Password = "UNIX"
> User-Service-Type = Framed-User,
> Framed-Protocol = PPP,
> Login-Host = 205.229.48.17

Try adding a second 'flaboy' entry without the check item.
Though I suspect you need to upgrade to RADIUS 2.0 to make this work.
