script to add user name to adduser in Caldera Desktops Linux 1.6.x

Could someone please send me the pearl script so "adduser" will
automatically add the "users name" in Caldera Desktop.

Currently we just use "adduser [login ID]" , and it prompts for the
password, but does not prompt for the users real name to replace the
default name of Caldera Desktop User.

We hate to use startx because it is so slow, and locks up on exit allot.
We have about 600 users.
