We use Caldera's Desktop's Startx. It gets slower as you add users, and
now that we have over 500 users not only is it slow, but does not always
exit properly, causing us to have to kill the PID.

If anyone else knows how to get startx to add & delete Radius users without
being so slow, please let me know. It is run an a P150 with 96mb edo ram.
