Radius STILL not working

Ok per MZ, I went to radius 2.0. I am still having problems getting the darn
thing to work correctly. Followed all steps about installing radius but when a
user goes to log in, they never get connected. In the logfile I see this:

Fri Feb 28 14:52:43 1997: [249] user_find: unable to parse reply-items for user
xyz
Fri Feb 28 14:52:43 1997: [249] auth: access-request from XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX
(XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX) denied for unknown user xyz

I am using the users file that came with radius and just added my new entry. So
what's up with this? Could really use some good help on this.....
