If an ISP is able to *detect* multiple logins, then tell me how? Doesn´t he
need a technical solution to detect multiple logins? Doesn´t he have to be
*sure* that there is a multiple login, before declaring one and billing the
customer?

I am of the school of thought that RADIUS is not the correct place
to put multiple use tracking etc. (although there are some things
I would like to see fixed in it - eg, seamless updating of dbm ^_^;)

What I would like to do, ideally, is

forall portmasters {
forall active ports {
snmp snoop username, logon time
save into a big bad table somewhere.
}
}
forall users in table {
if (multiple use and not allowed) {
mail them and say "naughty" or
snmp write "kick port" or
bill them double
}
if (really long time logged in) {
mail them and say "unlimited != infinite ^.^;" and
snmp write "kick port"
}
}

now, do livingston MIB's have that information in them that we
can use? (oh, and an ifspeed other than 0 would be nice too)
