Can I use Radius to define dialout ppp locations ??

I expect to be creating a number of new ppp accounts for sites that we
will call. They will never call us.

It would be nice if I could use radius (or similiar) to manage this
data. Is it possible?

We will be calling these sites from our Livingston Portmaster 2e.

Any advice?
