What are the Best modems for an ISP ?

We are an ISP and are using 2 Portmaster 2e with radiusNT. We have
42 GVC 28.8 external fax modems and are experiencing some connection
problems like disconnection just before authentification and lost of =
connection
while downloading. It words fine with most users but not all.

We want to get more modems but now we wants to buy the right thing.

What are the BEST (NO TROUBLE) professionnel rack modem that we can
buy ? and how should we configure them with the Portmaster 2e ?
