BRI Adapter question

This may or may not be the proper place for ithis question, but I
will chance it. I'm waiting for the telco to install 5 BRI to go
along with my shiny new 5 BRI card for a PM2E, and I figured I'd use
the BRI Concentrator and bring them in all at once. Now, my only
experience with ISDN before this is a residential one, where the telco
punched it out of a RJ21-X and into some sort of adapter that we then
plugged a Livingston OR-U into. My question is, is this adapter
needed? Can I just punch the 5 BRI directly into the 21X? Or am I
missing something with it?
