RADIUS accounting for dial-out locations

Is my impression terribly wrong or PM's are not sending any
kind of accounting data for the dial-out locations?

If that is the case...I don't even want to think about it.

I have ComOS 3.3.2c1 over there. If it's not supported
in that version, does 3.5 supports it? I terribly need this feature.
