Hello,

We've just upgraded to radius 2.0. We tested with a small group of users
before putting it into place with our 2,000+ users file.

Now that it's in full swing, we have the following problem:
About every .5-2 hours radius just stops authenticating.

The first time it happened radius said:
radius[96]: sending SIGHUP signal to unresponsive child process 1944

Now we get nothing, no messages, and it just quits, and leaves 1 radius
process running, but not doing authentication.

We were using 1.6 with absolutely no problems.

Most of our users entries look like:

abc Auth-Type = System,
User-Service-Type = Framed-User,
Framed-Protocol = PPP,
Framed-Address = 204.177.129.91,
Framed-Netmask = 255.255.255.224,
Framed-Route = "204.177.129.64/27 204.177.129.91 1",
Framed-Routing = Broadcast-Listen,
Framed-MTU = 1500,
Framed-Compression = Van-Jacobsen-TCP-IP,
Port-Limit = 2

def Password = "UNIX"
User-Service-Type = Framed-User,
Framed-Protocol = PPP,
Framed-Netmask = 255.255.255.0,
Framed-Routing = Broadcast-Listen,
Framed-MTU = 1500,
Framed-Compression = Van-Jacobsen-TCP-IP

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ed
