As much pain as it may give me to say this at the moment (I am not
currently very happy with Livingstons support and Customer Reps at the
moment as those of you who read the portmaster-users list know) but
Megazone was in-bounds squashing that particular thread. Yes, he does
react a bit harshly occasionally, but usually when he squashes someone it
is for good reason. If you had posted it on the portmaster-users list I
would be more inclined to take your side...
