I see this as well, thought it's almost always on a very short session
(e.g., 1 second). It's not a problem with the RADIUS server; the
Portmaster isn't sending the information for whatever reason. I've
modified my RADIUS server to log 0 bytes if either of those attributes
aren't received on a Stop record, which makes accounting records
consistent.
