I means, here, that whether the source code needs to be modified. In
the doc rfc2138, only the username is supported based NAS though the
attribute of full email address is legal.

Then, if the full email address is valid, is it nessary that the
RADIUS servers be set up in every layer? If so, it apparently
conflicts with the assumption of rfc2138 that there is only one
server to authenticate users for security.
