I am not getting authentication for my new PM3 with Radius V2.0.1b11

Something new in the Log file is the following entry...
Tue Apr 14 11:43:43 1998: [119,121] sending SIGHUP signal to unresponsive
child process 264

I have the new PM3 in the Radius clients file. Radius has created a new
radacct entry for the new PM3.

Any clues would be greatful.
