For referance, there is a particularly ugly hack out there called the
"Webramp" that DOES allow multiple connections through the same box,
on different IPs. It essentially allocates the channels on a
per-connection basis, which can improve the bandwidth in some applications,
such as web browsing and multiple users on a LAN (it's a proxy box).
It has 3 modem ports, I think.

This isn't directly related to this topic, but you should be aware that
it's out there... I had to correct myself after claiming to the customer
that there was no way to "bond" two seperate dialup accounts together.
