This is a relatively simple filter, often given as an example in
filter tutorials! You want to set up a filter that basically
ALLOWs access to tcp on the pop3 port of you pop server
ALLOWs access to the tcp SMTP port on your SMTP server
ALLOWs access to the appropriate UDP port on your nameserver (unless
you're worried about DNS tunnelling and would prefer to give them
the IP addresses of the above 2 servers)
FORBIDs anything else.
