I would also like to know why this is happening. Down grading to ComOS
3.7.2c3 and it goes away, upgrade to either 3.8b13 or b15 and the problem
re-appears. It is not a problem with the RADIUS secret, as re-entering the
secret has no affect on the stop records in the radius detail log.
