(RADIUS) could not cache client datum error

I am getting the dreaded "could not cache client datum" error message
in my log file. I'm using v2.0.1 b12 on an NT system and 1 PM. The
clients file only contains one line:

205.238.5.207 SECRET

Lookups on the domain name and IP are:

bash-2.01$ nslookup 205.238.5.207
Server: moses.integrityonline.com
Address: 205.238.18.5

Name: p207.pm1.intl.integrityonline.com
Address: 205.238.5.207

bash-2.01$ nslookup p207.pm1.intl.integrityonline.com
Server: moses.integrityonline.com
Address: 205.238.18.5

Name: p207.pm1.intl.integrityonline.com
Address: 205.238.5.207

I've looked through the mailing list archives and seen a lot of people
with this problem. Every proposed solution has been that there are
duplicates in the clients file or the lookups aren't correct.

I don't think that either of these are the problem for me. Any ideas?
