IMPORTANT QUESTION: I was told very specifically that 3.1.3 would NOT work
on certain older PM2E units (expansion serial ports wouldn't be recognized)
And to not upgrade past 3.1.2 on those older units.
Does 3.1.3c2 FIX that incompatability???
