Can I busy a modem from the PM?

I'm wondering if it's possible to drop DTR on a certain port from the command
line. In cases where we have one modem not answering the phone and fouling
up the hunt group, it would be useful to be able to remotely drop DTR to that
port, which would make the modem go off-hook (at least on MultiTech modems).
Is this possible?
