M> I'm looking for a solution to a problem with the Livingston Portmaster's I
M> use. I've got seven PM2e30s, all of them fully loaded. My 3000 od SLIP

M> any of my 7 Portmasters I've got a very kludgy routing setup.
If your users are all on the same network (or you can convince the
Portmaster's by means of netmasks that they are), then put the
Portmasters on the same network, and use proxy ARP routing. Works
fine for my 2 Portmasters and the router they connect to.
RIP works fine for connecting to the rest of the network, modulo
problems due to the different netmask that I'm using.
