IRX Routing?

Recently after a reboot our portmaster pm30e started negotiating IRX
addresses for our logins through Radius. This has never happened before and
I am baffled as to why it has started. We have no IRX functions enabled on
the portmaster but it still wants to assign an IRX address along with an IP
address. Any help in explaining/fixing this phenomena would be appreciated.
BTW we are still running ComOS 3.1 due to its up to now stability.
