Null filter

Well - we finally fixed our second Portmaster which had been shell-less
for about 3 weeks and had left one of the Livingston techs stumped.

We had thought my RADIUS mods were at fault but they were not, it
turns out it was something with a null or corrupt filter.

Users could login with PPP but if they tried to login with a shell
account or a PPP account after they tried to login with a shell
account - they would get 'Access denied' and we had looked through
everything 3,000 times and skipped over this.

Just thought I'd share my experience with you guys.
