What could go wrong?? Its just (basically) a big serial port
router/multiplexer. Really, as far as hardware is concerned it is a
pretty simple exercise in basic digital design.
I guess the fact that I never mess with it, or try to "push the
envelope" of what it was designed to do, might have something to do with it.
As long as you follow the first rule of programming "if it ain't broke,
don't fix it", you should be fine. (its the first rule because its the
most difficult one to follow:)
