PM2ER and Reliability

Hello All,

On another list (inet-access), the robustness of the PM2ER is being
questioned. Those that have responded 4 or 5 have had bad experiences
with this product.

As an ISP that has deployed Livingston products in the past, what input
can a broader group of portmaster users give me with respect to the PM2ER
product?

I'm specifically looking to deplay a PM2ER or similar device as a remote
POP using frame relay.

Has the reliability of the PM2ER improved over time (ie. Has Livingston
been reponsive and fixed the problems)?

Are the extent of the problems with the unit overstated?

Should I find something else to use instead as an integrated terminal
server and router combonation? I know about the Cisco 2509 and 2511
products, are there others?
