Has reliability improved? Couldn't say. We never had any problems to
begin with, so how can it improve?
Has Livingston been responsive and fixed the problems? I guess so.
Every now and then we've heard from them about how they were fixing a
problem that hadn't affected us yet. You can't get much better than that!

You need another? We have a Livingston Portmaster PM2eR connected via
ethernet to a BSDI server, and everything works SO well that I wonder
what the big deal is about being an ISP. It looks pretty easy from here.
